Design - We work with you on every detail of your house to ensure that your custom home is exactly as you have specified. |

Cost estimate - We provide cost estimates for each detail of your custom home. If changes are required we provide written change requests with costs before proceeding. Anderson Construction prides itself on our ability to deliver your custom home at the cost agreed upon. There will be no cost surprises at closing. |

Project Management - Anderson Construction has full time construction supervisors to oversee all aspects of the building process. We provide timelines for all phases of the construction process to ensure that the project stays on time and within budget. |

Closing - Anderson Construction will provide you with a detailed list of the companies that you will be required to contact to take possession of your new home. We provide an extensive materials list of products you may need in the future such as paint and stain types and codes. |
